Step 1: Initial Consultation and Goal Setting
The journey begins with the end in mind. This means becoming a certified speaker at the end of the training. Before that can happen, we value the importance of learning more about you and understanding your goals. We will work with you to clarify your speaking goals—whether it’s building your brand, sharing your expertise, promoting your book, or publishing your book. Together, we’ll identify the ideal audience, the message you want to convey, and the impact you aim to achieve with your signature talk.
Step 2: Inspired2Speak Coaching With A Team Of Experts
Delivering a speech, presentation, or signature talk goes beyond having the right words; it’s also about how you deliver them. Our coaching sessions focus on the science of speaking by enhancing your stage presence, voice modulation (F-30, F-45), the power of the pause, body language, and much more. You’ll receive personalized feedback and learn techniques for handling nerves, engaging your audience, speaking to the four personalities, and adapting your message to different settings. Once you have completed your speaker training, we can begin developing your signature talk. Dr. Jay Johnson, our experienced signature talk content creator, will inspire and empower you to structure your signature talk or presentation, ensuring it aligns with your message and resonates with your audience. Johnson focuses on creating a compelling introduction, a captivating narrative, and a powerful conclusion that leaves a lasting impression on your audience.
Using his 13 Ways To Capture Your Audience Attention, Johnson will share the science behind Analogy, why audience involvement is important, making bold statements, telling a captivating story, laughter/why telling funny true stories or jokes is important, monologue, mutual understanding, the power of poems & quotes, statistics, the two types of questions (response / rhetorical), visualization techniques, and much more.
Step 5: Marketing Assistance or Support
Once you’re confident and ready to take the stage, our marketing team steps in to help you find speaking opportunities. We assist in crafting your speaker bio and creating promotional materials. We aim to help you identify speaking opportunities that align with your goals and get your message heard.
Step 6: Ongoing Support and Development
Becoming a speaker is an evolving journey. As you gain more experience, Inspired2Speak offers continued coaching and support to develop your skills further.
